Adam Marks

Lab Manager
Stanford

Adam joined the Chueh group in fall of 2021 as a postdoctoral scholar. He received his M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London in 2016. Following this he joined Prof. Iain McCulloch’s group, completing his Ph.D. in 2020, synthesizing OMIEC materials for bioelectronic applications. He then followed the McCulloch group to the University of Oxford, where he was a postdoctoral research associate, focusing on the development of electron transport OMIECs for high performance OECT and thermoelectric devices. He is now a staff Lab Manager in the Chueh group as well as a research scholar with Prof. Alberto Salleo and Prof. William Chueh at Stanford University. His current research interests are focused on the synthetic development and evaluation of materials for polymeric electrocatalysis. Outside of the lab he enjoys weightlifting and watching sports.
